📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruitment end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close • Source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, creator communities, and referrals • Manage every candidate pipeline in Breezy HR • Hire creative strategists, lead strategists, video editors, street interviewers, UGC managers, and other roles • Build and maintain warm talent pools for recurring hiring needs • Own candidate experience through fast feedback, clear communication, and effective closing • Manage offers and negotiation, including counter-offers and notice-period risk • Maintain the ATS as the single source of truth for pipeline and reporting • Report weekly on pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time to fill • Build, document, and implement recruiting SOPs and processes • Standardize hiring with scorecards, interview guides, and test briefs • Configure Breezy HR pipeline stages, templates, scorecards, questionnaires, and reporting • Systematize sourcing in Juicebox with repeatable searches, outreach sequences, and talent pools • Introduce agency discipline through activity metrics, pipeline-stage conversion, weekly reviews, and a hiring dashboard • Train junior recruiters on SOPs, structured interviewing, and fast feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years at a recruitment agency or search firm • Proven record of hitting placement or revenue targets on a desk; ready to share numbers • Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates • Experience recruiting for or working inside a creative, advertising, or performance marketing agency • Experience recruiting on-camera talent, UGC creators, or freelancers at volume • Experience hiring across LATAM, UK, US, and offshore talent markets • Experience setting up recruiting at a scaling company from little or no structure • Hands-on experience with Juicebox and Breezy HR, or similar AI sourcing and ATS tools
