• Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates for real estate and small-business clients • Turn around revisions promptly based on written feedback, with occasional live Zoom check-ins as projects require • Keep design work aligned with each client's brand and messaging • Manage your own project queue and communicate proactively on timelines • Stay current on design trends relevant to real estate and small-business marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional design experience • Strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Comfortable communicating in written English • Conversational English for occasional calls • Self-directed and able to manage multiple small projects without close oversight • Basic copywriting ability for design-adjacent text is a bonus • Computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite smoothly • Reliable high-speed internet • Dual monitor
