📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities under guidance • Assist in designing and implementing workflow architectures under senior developer supervision • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Build custom applications and modules within Zoho Creator under mentorship • Develop multi-step workflows using Zoho Flow and N8N • Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks to enable data flow between systems • Write Deluge scripts to manipulate data and implement business logic • Write clean, documented front-end and back-end code using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Node.js, or Python • Use JavaScript and JSON for API interactions, data parsing, and custom code steps • Develop Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks • Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows • Support data consistency and security across integrated systems • Identify and resolve integration issues • Create technical documentation and process flowcharts • Contribute to training materials and user guides • Seek feedback, improve technical skills, and collaborate with team members on best practices and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, automation, or related technical fields (or recent graduate with strong portfolio) • Working knowledge of building applications and writing Deluge scripts in Zoho Creator • Familiarity with designing and implementing basic to intermediate workflows in Zoho Flow • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online API • Understanding of N8N and ability to build multi-step workflows • Basic experience connecting applications and creating automations with Zapier (or similar) • Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS for front-end development • Basic to intermediate understanding of Node.js or Python for back-end scripting • Solid grasp of RESTful API principles and how to work with APIs • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases • Ability to write clean, readable code with attention to detail • Experience working with APIs and webhooks • Familiarity with JSON and JavaScript for data manipulation • Understanding of Deluge scripting basics • Must be fully dedicated and not concurrently engaged in other freelance, part-time, or consulting work • Must be consistently available during core working hours based on Pacific Time (PT) • Open to offshore candidates
