📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities under guidance • Assist in designing and implementing workflow architectures under senior developer supervision • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with the team • Build custom applications and modules within Zoho Creator under mentorship • Develop multi-step workflows using Zoho Flow and N8N • Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks to enable data flow between systems • Write Deluge scripts to manipulate data and implement business logic • Write clean, well-documented front-end code using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and back-end code using Node.js or Python • Use JavaScript and JSON for API interactions, data parsing, and custom code steps • Develop Python scripts for data processing and assigned automation tasks • Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows • Support data consistency and security across integrated systems • Identify and resolve integration issues • Create technical documentation and process flowcharts • Contribute to training materials and user guides • Seek feedback and continuously improve technical skills • Collaborate with team members to learn best practices and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, automation, or related technical fields (or recent graduate with strong portfolio) • Working knowledge of building applications and writing Deluge scripts in Zoho Creator • Familiarity with designing and implementing basic to intermediate workflows in Zoho Flow • Familiarity with the QuickBooks Online API • Understanding of N8N and ability to build multi-step workflows • Basic experience connecting applications and creating automations with Zapier or similar tools • Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS • Basic to intermediate understanding of Node.js or Python • Solid grasp of RESTful API principles and working with APIs • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases • Ability to write clean, readable code with attention to detail • Experience working with APIs and webhooks • Familiarity with JSON and JavaScript for data manipulation • Understanding of Deluge scripting basics • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented and accountable approach to work • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and non-technical stakeholders • Applicants must not be concurrently engaged in other freelance, part-time, or consulting work • Must be consistently available during core working hours based on Pacific Time (PT) • Recent graduate applicants must have a strong portfolio
