📋 Description

• Provide daily leadership and promote the development of Virtual Legal Support • Be available for the team during their shifts and lead by example • Manage workflow by tracking tasks and identifying bottlenecks • Work with upper management to implement process improvements within the Direct Support service line • Evaluate and recommend effective resource allocation based on workload and deadlines • Monitor and optimize workflow • Support new hire integration to the service line • Facilitate interdepartmental communication • Support change management initiatives • Assist with escalation and issue resolution • Review standing instructions for new matter intake • Organize, save and name documents in the firm’s Document Management System • Update case lists • Submit vendor invoices and expense reimbursements • Prepare shipping labels • Prepare confidential and sensitive legal documents across all 50 states using Microsoft Suite templates and forms • Convert documents and run document comparisons • Mark and run tables of content and authorities • Prepare mail merges • Format fillable forms and edit presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant leadership experience in a large multi-location defense litigation firm • Law firm experience is required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work designated hours across U.S. time zones: 11am-8pm EST / 10am-7pm CST / 9am-6pm MST / 8am-5pm PST • Cover letter and resume required for consideration
