📋 Description
• Shape litigation strategy and move civil disputes toward resolution • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research • Handle matters involving community associations, property disputes, and contracts • Support settlement efforts and prepare matters for hearings or trial as needed • Keep clients informed • Participate in occasional evening meetings
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience • Active California Bar license • Residence in California • Strong legal writing, research, organization, and client communication skills • Availability for occasional evening meetings • HOA or community association litigation experience is preferred • Trial experience is a strong plus
