📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation matters as a defense litigator • Work across practice areas including Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability • Conduct litigation-related work, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials • Engage in forward-facing client interactions • Handle assignments with minimal supervision • Participate in professional development and mentorship within a collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years’ experience • Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Arizona • Civil defense litigation experience • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Driven team player • Trial experience preferred but not required • Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
