📋 Description

• Continue managing and developing an established client base • Use the firm’s platform to expand the practice and increase profitability • Collaborate across complementary practice areas and jurisdictions • Maintain control of client relationships and practice • Manage matters and client relationships independently • Leverage administrative infrastructure, global marketing support, internal referrals, and cross-practice collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of legal experience • Portable annual billings of at least $400,000 • Strong client-management and business-development skills • Ability to manage matters and client relationships independently • Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach • Admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Attorneys with practices exceeding $1 million in annual revenue are strongly encouraged to apply
