📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation matters within relevant practice groups • Conduct legal research and writing • Prepare and present persuasive arguments • Handle client-facing interactions • Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials • Manage assignments with minimal supervision • Collaborate within a national and local full-service law firm environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least three years’ experience • Experience handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, or Insurance Defense matters • Must reside in Delaware • Must be admitted to practice Delaware • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Driven team player • Trial experience preferred but not required • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required for consideration
