📋 Description

• Handle commercial litigation matters for GRSM’s Boise office • Draft and respond to discovery • Draft motions and conduct motion practice • Make court appearances • Take and defend depositions • Handle mediation practice • Oversee clients and assume significant client responsibility • Participate in forward-facing client interactions • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials • Work independently with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 9–10 years’ experience or more • Excellent academic background • Proven writing, analysis, and research skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Litigation experience, including drafting and responding to discovery • Experience drafting motions and handling motion practice • Court appearances experience • Experience taking and defending depositions • Mediation practice experience • Significant client oversight and responsibility • Commitment to superior client service • Idaho law license required • Washington license preferred but not required • Trial experience preferred but not required • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required for consideration
