📋 Description

• Handle construction litigation matters in the New York office or through remote/hybrid arrangements • Brief and argue motions • Take and defend depositions • Lead written discovery efforts • Handle client interactions • Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials • Work collaboratively with team members • Manage assignments with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in construction litigation • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Experience briefing and arguing motions • Experience taking and defending depositions • Experience leading written discovery efforts • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in New York • Trial experience preferred but not required • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required for consideration
