📋 Description

• Develop a solid understanding of Grubhub's products and services, including features, benefits, and value propositions • Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts • Ensure timely communication with clients and address basic inquiries or concerns • Assist restaurants in attracting new diners, boosting order volume, and delivering top-quality service • Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners • Gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement • Respond to restaurant inquiries, account issues, and requests, or route them to appropriate departments within turnaround time expectations • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, notes, action items, and follow-up tasks • Participate in training sessions and workshops • Contribute proactively to team goals and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be in the Portland, OR Area • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED required • 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience • Experience working with or selling to restaurant owners is a major plus • Restaurant experience is a plus • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google products • Ability to quickly learn new software • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus • Native-level fluency in English is required • Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred • Ability and desire to do whatever it takes to find solutions for restaurants • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confidence making outbound phone calls • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Impeccable organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks • Self-starter with a strong bias toward action and problem-solving • Outstanding, positive attitude and passion and aptitude for a fast-paced, fast-growing environment • Employment eligibility subject to verification through the federal E-Verify program
