📋 Description

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement • Involve problem frameworks; develop hypotheses, tests, and analysis to inform solution development • Build and navigate data comfortably to solve key business problems • Develop & maintain financial models to forecast financial impact of new strategies • Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies • Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, evaluate new channels, and optimize existing strategies • Identify and refine KPI metrics to monitor business performance

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field • 4+ years experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides • Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferred • Exceptional thought partnership skills • Strong statistical skills and intuition for solving problems in both consumer-facing and internal product areas • Experience with Cloud Computing (Google Cloud) platforms preferred
