📋 Description

• Concept, film, and edit UGC style content for the Ü Snacks portfolio • Produce polished, launch-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google • Build platform-specific static ads for feed, story, and reels • Produce fresh hooks and format cuts for testing pipeline • Manage file naming, specs, and delivery for ad account • Use LA studio on a regular basis for production • Support Creative Strategy team on emerging brands and launches • Manage a working content budget for shoots

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years producing content in UGC or paid social (brand, agency, creator, or freelance) • Comfortable being the face of the brand, on camera, regularly • Edits fluently in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve • Can mock up static creative in Figma, Canva, or Photoshop • Understands content metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and nCAC • Ability to quickly produce launch-ready ads based on concepts • Based in or near the LA/SoCal area or willing to relocate and commit to studio days
