• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner. • Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate. • Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience. • Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. • Upholds company values and mission. • Other duties as assigned.
• 1 year of experience in a related field • Strong oral and written communication skills • Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service • Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
