📋 Description

• Monitor regulatory and contract changes and communicate updates to stakeholders • Maintain compliance tracking and notification processes • Review and update required forms to ensure regulatory compliance • Prepare and submit contract reports accurately and on time • Develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures for compliance and continuous improvement • Coordinate internal and external audits, including corrective action follow-up • Manage and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) • Investigate compliance-related incidents, including Fraud, Waste, Abuse, Privacy, HIPAA, and other critical matters • Oversee Criminal Background Check (CBC) reviews and compliance requirements • Maintain compliance records to support audits and reporting • Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes • Provide compliance training and guidance as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry • Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Proven track record in managing audits, regulatory reporting, and policy implementation • Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, and risk management processes • Proficiency in using compliance management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
