📋 Description

• Create innovative insights content • Develop new insights through thought leadership • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client needs • Present independent insights to Gartner leaders • Research market trends for actionable insights • Provide clients with actionable advice • Create and deliver high value presentation materials • Support sales with content and engagements • Build credibility as an industry expert • Mentor junior team members • Actively participate in team discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Perspectives on how AI and emerging business needs are reshaping finance roles • Subject matter expertise on finance team responsibilities including FP&A, Accounting, Finance Transformation, Finance IT/Systems/Technology • Subject matter expertise on finance organizational models • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global landscape in subject area • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
