📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis on AI integration strategies, API management, and AI orchestration • Author research notes, market guides, and best practices for integrating AI into existing ecosystems, API-driven architectures, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments • Advise architects and integration leaders on vendor selection, technology adoption, and implementation challenges • Deliver presentations, webinars, and client engagements with objective, evidence-based recommendations • Monitor market trends, vendor offerings, and emerging technologies in AI integration, API management, and AI • Collaborate with analysts and research teams on AI integration, security, scalability, and governance perspectives • Adapt research and recommendations to changes in AI, APIs, integration platforms, and client needs • Serve as an individual contributor within Gartner's Technical Professionals practice

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in integration, API management, and AI orchestration, ideally within enterprise environments • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing API-driven architectures, integration platforms, and AI interfaces • Familiarity with market-leading vendors, open-source solutions, and emerging players in API, integration, and AI • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in written research and verbal client interactions • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize market data, client feedback, and technical trends into actionable guidance • Curiosity, adaptability, continuous learning, and engagement with new technologies • Ability to critically evaluate vendor claims, industry hype, and evolving standards • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field • Experience with AI-native integration platforms, API gateways, and orchestration tools • Background designing interfaces for AI/ML pipelines, including security, scalability, and compliance considerations • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems • Published research, blogs, or thought leadership in the integration/API/AI domain
