📋 Description

• Contribute to Gartner’s research agenda on AI-ready data within finance and adjacent business functions • Develop thought leadership on AI-ready data architectures and data quality • Advise CFOs and other finance leaders on building trusted data ecosystems • Research emerging trends related to data observability and agentic AI • Create practical frameworks and benchmarks for organizations to assess AI readiness • Deliver presentations, webinars, and workshops for executives • Collaborate with analysts across Finance, Data & Analytics, and AI practices • Shape Gartner’s long-term view on operationalizing AI-ready data

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related leadership roles • Deep expertise in data governance, metadata management, and AI-ready data practices • Strong understanding of modern data management architectures • Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business guidance • Demonstrated thought leadership in emerging data, analytics, or AI disciplines • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines • Excellent research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Subject matter expertise comfortable presenting at large and small-scale engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology effectively at all levels • Willingness to travel up to 25%
