📋 Description

• Deliver impactful insight to guide clients to the best actions for them and their organizations • Spend 40% of work week on virtual client calls • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts (15% of work week) • Apply critical thinking skills to de-construct client questions • Use research insights to create high quality, clear, actionable papers and presentations (30% of work week) • Deliver insights in virtual and face-to-face client interactions • Collaborate in research communities to develop ideas • Provide high quality and timely research content peer review • Proactively support internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a member of an IT organization, or as an employee of a vendor focused on ERP • Experience implementing cloud applications from vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft • Basic knowledge of ERP instance and consolidation strategy • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • Executive presence to establish credibility with technology executives • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Ability to learn, and the willingness to take a position • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams • Strong organizational skills to work under tight deadlines • Demonstrate superior analytical skills and research excellence • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Strong business and financial acumen • Subject matter expertise and comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
