📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have research” content • Develop new research and thought leadership with compelling, actionable approaches to client needs • Analyze client barriers and needs, identify root causes, and reframe thinking to drive strategy • Establish research positions across a team of analysts • Provide independent insights to Gartner leaders and help evolve research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice to clients and prospects through virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Support Research and Sales by serving as the voice of the market and driving client engagement • Conduct timely, high-quality research content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner research, methodology, and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation, research discussions, and peer collaboration • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Help clients engage regularly with Gartner research and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering/supporting AI initiatives through Data Management • Core understanding of Ontologies, Semantic Layers, Knowledge Graphs, and Context Layers • Core understanding of Data Agents / Agentic Data Management, implementation, technologies, and pitfalls • Subject matter expertise and demonstrated knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy • Understanding of the MDM market, key players, required capabilities, and market evolution • Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or 12+ years direct experience in a field related to Data and Analytics • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical, presentation, and client engagement skills • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Comfortable presenting at large- and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
