📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content • Develop thought leadership, insights, and actionable approaches to client needs • Analyze client barriers and needs to drive strategy forward • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring independent insights to Gartner leaders and influence research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice to clients and prospects through virtual and face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales by serving as the voice of the market and driving client engagement • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Collaborate with peers in the Insights community • Identify research process improvements and develop new service-delivery processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Help clients engage regularly with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Experience communicating the value and ROI of AI investments to executives or senior leaders • Experience/knowledge translating AI capabilities to supply chain outcomes • Experience/knowledge assessing risk of AI in supply chain strategies • Experience/knowledge governing supply chain AI solutions • Success communicating the financial ROI and strategic value of AI investments to C-suite leaders • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts concisely • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
