📋 Description

• Support the broader People & Culture agenda, including process upkeep and People projects • Draft and coordinate contracts • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation • Run the operational side of onboarding • Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the CEO and CFO • Plan and run cultural initiatives, programs, rituals, and team connection activities • Manage company merchandise and swag, including sourcing and distribution • Support the Prague office • Use AI tooling daily • Report to the Head of People & Culture

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in People Ops, HR administration, executive support, or a similar operational role • Strong administrative and coordination skills, including contracts, documentation, and onboarding logistics • Experience supporting leadership or senior stakeholders with a proactive, dependable approach • Experience helping run culture initiatives, ideally in a remote setting • Ability to juggle many small tasks without losing track • Clear, professional English communication skills, written and spoken • Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Able to work independently and take ownership • Team player who collaborates well across the company • Interest in poker or gaming is a nice bonus, not a requirement
