📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of Project Managers delivering customer-facing telecommunications projects • Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and business objectives • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks and issues • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team capability • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors • Deliver GTT’s managed services and Ethernet solutions on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations and SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of telecommunications experience • 1+ year managing direct reports • Project management experience delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services • Experience with IP Transit, DIA, SD-WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, or cloud networking • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Standard business hours availability • Bachelor’s degree is nice to have, not required • Experience managing financial forecasts, operational metrics, or vendor performance is nice to have • Background in service provider or large-scale enterprise environments is nice to have
