📋 Description

• Align commercial contracting and technical documents with our risk philosophy and business strategy by understanding project risks and mitigation strategies • Act as the Principle Technical Lead on contracting SOW and other technical exhibits in conjunction within EPC agreement provisions to meet project contracting schedule • Conform SOW and other technical exhibits to align with the Ts&Cs of the EPC Agreements • Represent DEPCOM in contract negotiations and establish key relationships with customers • Identify technical non-standards and incorporate into risk an opportunity analysis • Ensure EPC Agreement has appropriate allocations to optimize or take on risks or adjust cost & schedule • Travel up to 25% based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in contracting and executing utility scale solar and/or battery energy storage systems • Experience reviewing or negotiating technical contract exhibits • Previous construction industry and/or EPC experience AND/OR experience as a Field Engineer • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future • Willing and able to travel up to 25%
