📋 Description

• Drive design-in and design-win activity with ODM and data center customers • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering teams, influencing system architecture and connector selection • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Signal Integrity teams to deliver optimized interconnect solutions • Support integration and troubleshooting of connectors, cables, and high-speed interconnect systems • Identify and develop new application opportunities aligned to customer roadmaps and emerging technologies • Translate customer feedback into insights that influence product development and long-term strategy • Develop technical documentation and application notes to support customer adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field • Experience interacting with customers, internal stakeholders, or cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a field-based role • Experience working with at least one of the following: Connectors or cable assemblies, Power or electronic components, High-speed interconnects or signal transmission, Semiconductor or electronic systems • 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry, such as: Application Engineering, Design Engineering, Product Engineering, or similar • Experience supporting datacom, data center, or hyperscale customers • Familiarity with high-speed interconnects (copper or fiber) • Understanding of signal integrity or system-level design considerations • Experience using CAD tools • Knowledge of manufacturing processes for connectors, cables, or electronic components • Experience applying structured problem-solving methods (e.g., root cause analysis, SPC)
