📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and manage ComPsych's international network of mental health counselors • Implement a variety of sourcing strategies to identify and engage providers • Establish and maintain relationships with provider groups and individual practitioners • Negotiate compensation rates with providers • Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted providers • Manage the global billing process with providers • Contribute to continuous improvement of provider recruitment and contracting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a business-related role • Preferable experience in healthcare, clinical services, insurance, employee benefits, or other health-related fields • Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through on processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese
