📋 Description

• Support Department of War clients through initiatives that transform core financial management functions and operations • Optimize technical data structures and automations by transforming business processes • Enhance the efficiency of technical data operations • Leverage technology solutions to deliver actionable insights • Enhance operational efficiency and enable auditability • Modernize financial processes in alignment with federal standards • Drive finance and accounting excellence within Guidehouse’s Financial Management practice

🎯 Requirements

• Active and maintained "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance • Bachelor's degree • One (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or Statistics • Up to 10% travel required • Advanced degree, Databricks, PowerBI, Azure, AWS or other data engineering-related certifications are nice to have • Experience with Army financial systems, such as ADVANA, GFEBS, and LMP, is nice to have • Prior experience supporting federal audit readiness or CFO functions within DoW or similar agencies is nice to have • Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI tools is nice to have • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik), data platforms (e.g., Databricks), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is nice to have • Strong core technological skills in Python, SQL, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, and PowerBI are nice to have
