📋 Description

• Provide on-site or remote support to employee end users across personal computers, servers, cloud applications, data and voice networks, and ERP systems • Diagnose problem sources through user discussions and coordinate with internal support organizations or vendors to resolve issues • Research and resolve complex telecommunications network problems • Provide real-time end-user ERP systems support, problem identification, and training • Administer Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory • Resolve technical problems related to application deployments and infrastructure, including server troubleshooting • Manage and work ticket queues in ServiceNow • Provide second-level support for Active Directory Services, client IT, and telecommunications • Support USDA Business website applications • Provide training to end users and clients on new and updated systems, software, and web-based applications • Troubleshoot website issues for civilian customers and Federal employees • Maintain user accounts, archive defunct credentials, and monitor login systems for suspicious trends • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize software applications

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma and Three (3+) years of prior relevant experience • Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education • Troubleshooting, testing and analysis with a Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment, including group policy and group policy preferences design and troubleshooting • TWO (2+) years of hands-on IT customer service supporting and troubleshooting Windows systems • Experience with helpdesk support • Ability to efficiently install and maintain desktop software and resolve help desk problems • User account maintenance, archiving defunct credentials, and monitoring login systems for suspicious trends • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • U.S. Citizen or Green Card required • Must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation • Ability to work 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST and attend training during regular business hours for the first few weeks • ITIL v4 preferred • Some Linux server experience preferred • Experience creating SQL scripts preferred • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
