📋 Description

• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications • Follow established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement • Develop complex application features and create technical designs • Participate in peer code and design reviews • Review and analyze complex programming specifications to resolve issues • Prepare technical standards and provide technical advice and guidance • Collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize and develop designs • Conduct thorough problem analysis, document findings, and propose creative solutions • Coordinate end-to-end runs and provide production support • Suggest enhancements to existing business applications • Analyze and debug Application/Client Server connectivity problems • Perform SDLC processes, including designing and developing applications • Remediate security, Section 508, performance, and UX-related issues • Maintain documentation for solutions, related tools, and business processes • Participate in implementation of new features and integration scenarios • Work with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements • Proactively identify future needs for IAM services

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is contractually required for this role • Minimum five years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade IAM or cloud-based and web-based applications across diverse environments • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or nine years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree • Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ strategy, design, implementation, and operations • Strong knowledge of SailPoint features, integration, and architecture • Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at both functional and technical levels • Experience with Java • Strong understanding of IAM principles and enterprise implementation • Ability to maintain documentation for an IAM solution, related tools, and business processes • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust • Must obtain approved Public Trust adjudication prior to onboarding • Strong knowledge of key IAM and FICAM policies/guidance, including NIST 800-63-3, OMB M-19-17, and HSPD-12 • Experience following and improving software development standards and procedures • Familiarity with SDLC processes • Broad knowledge of information system technologies and willingness to learn new technologies • Experience with AWS or Azure and understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes
