📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and support enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for Guidehouse clients • Work alongside Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform • Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows • Develop reusable frameworks, components, and services • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and production-ready solutions • Develop high-quality, well-tested code aligned with Salesforce and enterprise development standards • Design and optimize Salesforce data models, platform architecture, and application frameworks • Develop scalable solutions supporting Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Industry Clouds • Implement platform security using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, security controls, and governance best practices • Leverage asynchronous processing patterns including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Platform Events, and Scheduled Jobs • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and performance challenges • Design and implement REST API, SOAP service, Platform Event, and middleware integrations • Build API-led architectures connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems and external applications • Support data migration, transformation, data quality, and data synchronization initiatives • Develop event-driven architectures and scalable integration patterns • Collaborate with integration architects and enterprise architects • Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management • Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices • Evaluate and implement emerging Salesforce capabilities and platform innovations • Explore Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI-powered automation opportunities • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery acceleration • Participate in technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions • Partner with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives • Communicate technical approaches, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous learning and technical excellence • Support proposal development, solutioning efforts, and innovation initiatives across the Salesforce practice

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of Salesforce development experience • Demonstrated expertise developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Aura Components, and Visualforce • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices • Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models and working with relational databases • Experience supporting Experience Cloud implementations and customer-facing digital experiences • Expertise designing and implementing integrations utilizing REST and SOAP APIs • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns • Experience implementing asynchronous processing solutions including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events • Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, governance, and secure coding practices • Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and application reliability issues • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, DevOps methodologies, and release management processes • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience working within Agile delivery environments • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • US Citizenship is contractually required • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce App Builder Certification, or Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect credentials are nice to have • Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Communications Cloud, or Education Cloud is nice to have • Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or enterprise integration platforms is nice to have • Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI technologies is nice to have • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and intelligent automation platforms is nice to have • Additional Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain certifications is nice to have
