📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions including applications, objects, workflows, and integrations • Build modern user interfaces using the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations with external systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Utilize Copado for DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, environment management, automated testing, and release deployments • Manage and maintain code using Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limits • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments • Support deployment activities and maintain documentation for development processes and system architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation including financial history review • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Hands-on experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools for Salesforce • Experience using Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions for development • Strong experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and platform limits • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Legal Case Management Systems such as Legal Stratus, Litify or similar platforms
