📋 Description

• Support state energy agencies, regulators, and other public-sector organizations addressing clean energy, grid modernization, affordability, infrastructure planning, and program implementation challenges • Lead assigned project tasks or workstreams by coordinating activities, managing priorities, tracking progress, and delivering high-quality work products • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses related to energy policy, programs, operations, infrastructure, markets, and public-sector investments • Translate complex information into actionable findings and recommendations • Develop client-ready presentations, reports, analyses, and other deliverables • Collaborate with project teams, client counterparts, and subcontractors • Participate in client meetings, workshops, interviews, and working sessions • Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and first-level review for junior team members and subcontractors • Support project administration, including schedules, deliverable tracking, action-item management, and project documentation • Support proposal development, market research, pursuit activities, and identification of client needs or follow-on opportunities • Monitor developments in energy policy, funding, regulation, and procurement • Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge assets, recruiting, onboarding, training, and practice-building initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• No sponsorship is available for this position • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of THREE (3+) years of experience in consulting, government, energy, utilities, public policy, sustainability, infrastructure, data analytics, program operations, or a related field • Experience managing assigned workstreams, conducting analysis, and developing client-facing reports, presentations, or other deliverables • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams • Ability to travel as required
