📋 Description

• Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-related initiatives • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the platform • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify process improvement and system optimization opportunities • Analyze current-state and future-state processes to recommend efficient, scalable solutions • Work with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively • Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and validation of delivered functionality • Maintain documentation and help ensure project deliverables align with business goals and technical standards • Travel up to 25% to Guidehouse or client offices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow • Proven experience with hands-on coding and scripting • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise technology or ServiceNow implementations • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation • Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Washington DC/Metro area highly preferred due to client location • Ability to obtain Secret clearance • Up to 25% travel to Guidehouse or client office
