📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow projects and interact with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements • Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow • Capture current-state processes and pain points and design future-state processes • Engage users and stakeholders throughout project and development phases • Collaborate with technical teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow implementations • Build functional work products including process maps, design documents, and communications • Support functional product testing and training activities • Create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Must POSSESS and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance before onboarding with Guidehouse. • A Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps • Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training • Experience working in an Agile environment • One (1) or more ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) • Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels • Heightened attention to detail • Knowledge of other low-code and no-code technology platforms, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions • General understanding of financial management aspects, particularly in a federal environment • Travel required: up to 10%
