📋 Description

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through completion • Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives • Partner with engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and communication plans • Coordinate resources and facilitate meetings • Drive issue resolution and proactively remove blockers • Track progress against commitments and manage scope changes • Escalate risks or impediments as needed • Support process improvement and establish project management best practices, tools, and standards • Contribute to Business Development efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related roles in a technology environment • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required • 3+ years of experience managing technology engagements for State Health and Human Services agencies, preferably Child Welfare • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of project management and Agile methods • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft ADO • Experience working in enterprise platform or cloud-based technology environments • Experience leading large-scale or highly complex technical initiatives • Ability to analyze data and create executive-level reporting and presentations • Must be able to travel to client site regularly • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding • Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred • Familiarity with CCWIS federal guidance is nice to have • CCWIS project experience is nice to have
