📋 Description

• Lead technical project management activities across assigned initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed. • Serve as a technical PM/lead and utility player who can provide oversight while also contributing to technical work in areas such as AI, data analysis, data loading, and software development. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business partners to drive alignment, execution, and delivery of project goals. • Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, technical tasks, and clear deliverables. • Track progress, identify and escalate issues, and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track. • Support requirements gathering, technical documentation, and communication of project status, milestones, and outcomes. • Contribute to process improvement efforts and help establish effective project delivery practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree) • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" • Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program coordination, or a related role. • Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and communicate clearly with a variety of audiences. • Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to contribute to or support work in AI, data analysis, data loading, or software development. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills. • Ability to operate independently while also partnering effectively with team members and leadership.
