📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution of transition activities required to move solutions into operational use • Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities • Ensure continuity of operations and alignment between implementation and sustainment activities • Lead transition planning and execution for FMBT conversion and interface workstreams • Develop and manage the transition strategy, timeline, transition project plan, methodology, roles and responsibilities, risk approach, and risk log updates • Coordinate knowledge transfer, current-state assessment, continuity of in-flight conversion/interface work, mock/final conversion transition, break-fix work, and operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust • Bachelor's degree • Eight (8) or more years of professional experience in transition planning, stakeholder coordination, readiness management, dependency tracking, and/or implementation-to-sustainment alignment • Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe PI cadence, runbooks, knowledge-transfer playbooks, federal financial systems, conversion/interface transition, change management, and multi-vendor coordination would be nice to have
