📋 Description

• Lead structured IAM assessment engagements for small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries • Deliver current-state analyses, future-state recommendations, maturity enhancements, and strategic roadmaps • Facilitate discovery sessions across IGA, AM, PAM, and Identity Verification domains • Develop executive-ready deliverables covering people, process, and technology recommendations • Serve as a trusted advisor during presales and align IAM services to client needs • Support vendor selection and define paths for IAM program improvements • Collaborate with internal teams to refine assessment methodologies and service offerings • Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and best-practice thought-leadership content • Use emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve problem-solving and business outcomes • Travel approximately 10% for annual CKO, Regional IAM events, and regional corporate event support

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IAM strategy, governance, and advisory services spanning IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to create and present executive-level deliverables • Experience conducting IAM maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business audiences • 4–5 years of experience supporting presales engagements, scoping complex IAM projects, and developing statements of work • Deep understanding of IAM industry standards, frameworks, and best practices including NIST, ISO, and OWASP • Ability to manage a remote work environment and work independently • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex IAM concepts into business value and risk language for executive audiences • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field
