📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Default Servicing functions, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, post-foreclosure activities, claims, conveyance, property preservation, and collateral management. • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training for new hires and existing staff. • Create structured onboarding programs tailored to Default Servicing roles. • Serve as a subject matter expert in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and post-foreclosure operations. • Maintain knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, and private investor guidelines. • Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into practical training materials. • Support implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and policy updates through targeted training. • Partner with operational leaders and business analysts to align training with workflow changes and system functionality. • Generate and present training performance reports, learning metrics, and progress updates. • Identify training gaps based on audit findings, error trends, and KPI performance. • Provide refresher training and coaching to address performance gaps and improve accuracy. • Track training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and post-training assessments. • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, process guides, job aids, SOPs, and reference tools. • Ensure training materials are audit-ready and aligned with internal policies and external requirements. • Collaborate with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Accounting, Vendor Management, Quality Control, and leadership teams. • Support organizational change management through communication, training, and reinforcement strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent experience; Business, Finance, Training & Development, or related field preferred. • Minimum 7+ years of mortgage servicing experience. • Strong experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure and post-foreclosure operations, and claims and conveyance processes. • Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience. • Prior training, coaching, or curriculum development experience preferred. • Knowledge of default servicing regulations, investor guidelines, and timelines. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person audiences. • Strong organization, attention to detail, and documentation standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, third-party software applications, and learning management systems preferred/required as specified. • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured training content. • Analytical ability to identify error and performance-gap trends. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. • Commitment to company values. • Ability to travel 5–10%. • Mobility in an office and classroom training setting; ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. • Ability to work Monday–Friday during the business week; occasional nights or weekends may be necessary. • Ability to learn tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete work independently, and make timely decisions.
