📋 Description

• Design end-to-end user experiences and product workflows • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers • Participate in user research and usability testing • Validate design solutions through testing, feedback, and iteration • Translate customer and business needs into intuitive product experiences • Use AI tools in design and prototyping • Contribute to product strategy and experience direction for a new digital product • Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation and delivery • Continuously improve experiences based on user insights and product learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including flows, interaction design, and visual craft • Experience designing and testing prototypes with real users • Ability to translate research findings into design decisions • Ability to work in iterative development cycles with engineering and product management • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting work to stakeholders and leadership • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive loosely defined problems toward validated design directions • Experience designing AI-powered or conversational product experiences (preferred) • Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (preferred) • Background in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries (preferred) • Experience contributing to or working within an enterprise design system (preferred) • Familiarity with moderated and unmoderated research methods (preferred) • Experience supporting new product initiatives from concept through launch (preferred)
