📋 Description

• Design, implement and maintain training resources • Evaluate, propose, and create training programs supporting customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development • Design and implement instructional strategies supporting learning and performance within functional teams • Lead stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements and develop learning strategies • Lead learning development processes • Create and implement learning, virtual simulations, and assessments on approved online platforms • Outline and deliver timely training project plans • Oversee maintenance of training resources and support sites • Develop instruments to assess changes in knowledge, skills, and quality results • Review training program objectives and assess the need for content and structure modifications • Research industry trends and incorporate relevant updates into the standard curriculum • Facilitate training as needed to support operational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an instructional design-related field or equivalent experience • 6+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience • Solid understanding of adult learning principles • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning technologies • Experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings • Articulate Storyline experience • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • SharePoint experience • Workday Learning Management and Q-Mindshare experience preferred
