📋 Description

• Design and draft industrial equipment, support structures, and concrete foundations • Collaborate with internal engineers and client teams to meet project requirements • Create high-quality models and drawings using Tekla Structures • Conduct detailed drawing reviews to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance • Provide structural expertise for silos, bins, conveyors, mixers, and related equipment • Support project timelines, deliverables, and coordination • Communicate with the engineering team to resolve design challenges • Translate engineering needs and field realities into structural designs • Develop clear, buildable designs ready for fabrication, inspection, and execution • Identify and resolve missing drawing information, design-specification misalignments, and overlooked job-site requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in structural steel and foundation design for industrial applications • At least 5 years of proficiency in Tekla • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks • Familiarity with OSHA, AISC Steel Construction Manual, ACI, IBC, and AWS D1.1 • Experience with fabrication processes and job site coordination is a plus • Sharp attention to detail • Clear communication and organization • Ability to work in a self-directed environment • Ability to work 9AM–5PM EST
