📋 Description

• Produce high-quality design assets across web, campaigns, social, events, and print • Execute creative across varied formats and asset types from briefs, design systems, and creative direction • Collaborate with marketing, content, and web partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative • Contribute to web-forward creative execution across digital surfaces and campaigns • Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to accelerate production and explore options • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables • Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate proactively about timelines and capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant design experience, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency backgrounds • Portfolio demonstrating strong craft across digital, brand, and campaign work, including web capability • Ability to execute across campaign, digital, brand, and web asset types • Web fluency and demonstrated web-forward creative execution • Active use of AI tools across ideation, production, and workflow • Strong foundational design skills in typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools • Ability to work from briefs and creative direction, interpret ambiguity, and ask clarifying questions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Collaborative, low-ego approach; able to receive feedback and prioritize team output • Experience with AI, cybersecurity, or highly technical brands is nice to have • Motion design skills or animation-team collaboration experience is nice to have • Familiarity with video or experiential design production workflows is nice to have
