📋 Description

• Partner with tax office leaders to support operational initiatives, readiness activities, and implementation efforts • Gather and synthesize feedback on processes, tools, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities • Support project execution by validating readiness, tracking action items, and helping address barriers to success • Facilitate communication between operational leaders and corporate teams to clarify expectations and resolve questions • Identify and share best practices that improve consistency and operational effectiveness across tax offices • Coordinate pilot programs and testing activities by supporting participation, monitoring execution, and collecting feedback • Assist with change enablement activities, including readiness resources, leader engagement, and implementation support • Monitor adoption trends and operational performance to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Maintain accurate documentation related to feedback, concerns, successes, and follow-up actions • Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement activities supporting future initiatives and planning efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 3–5 years experience delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment or similar
