📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives across Block Advisors and Wave • Partner with GTM Strategy and marketing leaders to develop project plans, timelines, and launch requirements • Align cross-functional teams around priorities, objectives, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate work across marketing, product, lifecycle marketing, creative, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to drive successful execution • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to maintain momentum, accountability, and stakeholder alignment • Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution • Manage campaign calendars, product release schedules, dependencies, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle • Ensure campaigns and initiatives launch on time, within budget, and in support of business goals • Provide regular status updates, reporting, recommendations, and budget visibility to marketing leadership • Foster collaboration, transparency, and adaptability while helping teams navigate competing priorities and changing business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution • Strong organizational, project planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Demonstrated success coordinating diverse stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and project management tool proficiency
