📋 Description

• Lead multiple data center programs across a global manufacturing network. • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer relationships. • Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success. • Monitor performance, communicate progress, and provide transparent status updates. • Identify risks and opportunities while implementing effective mitigation plans. • Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth project execution through completion. • Apply contract and claim management best practices to support business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. • Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience. • Demonstrated experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. • Experience with project management and business tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
