📋 Description

• Manage multiple new clinic development projects from initial planning through opening and post-launch support • Coordinate with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal teams to oversee site development, construction, and facility readiness • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and other departments to ensure successful clinic launches • Conduct site visits, attend vendor meetings, and monitor project progress • Identify potential risks, resolve challenges, and provide regular project updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, construction coordination, facility development, or a related field • Proven experience managing multiple projects, vendors, budgets, and deadlines • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel approximately 20% • Experience with new clinic openings, medical office development, commercial leases, construction, or multi-site operations is highly preferred • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus
