📋 Description

• Use data to prove the ROI of our cybersecurity training platform • Navigate complex datasets using SQL to uncover training impacts • Present insights to executive level stakeholders • Partner with Federal agency stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven success plans • Use SQL and Python to extract and shape large datasets • Build interactive Looker/Tableau dashboards and presentations • Run deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs • Maintain rigorous data hygiene by auditing the flow of training telemetry • Participate in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and discuss client’s progress

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases • Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis. • Mastery of Looker, or other visualization tools • High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling). • Customer success metrics: churn, adoption, engagement funnels, and learning outcomes. • Industry context: EdTech or cybersecurity exposure a plus.
