• Interview and assess management and executive-level candidates • Work closely with sourcing teams to maintain a strong candidate pipeline • Track and analyze recruitment performance to improve results continuously
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or partnership-focused roles • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
